I know you are aware that God is moving and growing our church. I am both humbled and excited to be part of what God is doing here at BHBC, but we must remember that God has plans for our church, and we need to be positioned to follow. We believe God is leading us to do some much needed work in our Worship Center to more effectively minister today and in the future. We are excited to present a new project called The Future is Now. As we consider

The Future is Now, there are three goals this project will seek to accomplish:

1) We need to upgrade much of the technology in our Worship Center. It has been 36 years since our Worship Center has had significant changes/upgrades, and there are many items that are either broken, near the end of their life, or cannot be replaced when they fail.

 
2) Our aim is not simply to replace old equipment, but to creatively and effectively use the technology available to help us present the Gospel in the most effective way possible. We seek to more clearly present and proclaim the Word of God in person and online in our preaching, reading, singing, and with video.
 

3) In addition, we want to take a foundational step forward so that upcoming generations will be able to grow and carry the mission of Jesus into the future. Let us remember Psalm 78:6, “So the next generation would know them [His ways], even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children.”
